At V Romance Fine Jewelry, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. Our commitment to you continues beyond the purchase with professional care and support for your jewelry.

TWO-YEAR CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

V Romance Fine Jewelry provides a two-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects from the date of purchase.

If your jewelry develops an issue that you believe is related to materials or workmanship, please contact us for an evaluation. If we determine that the issue is covered under our warranty, we will repair the jewelry at no cost to you.

If the issue is not related to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will let you know whether repair services are available and provide any applicable costs before proceeding.

COMPLIMENTARY LIFETIME CARE

To help keep your jewelry beautiful and well maintained, we are pleased to offer the original purchaser:

• Lifetime complimentary professional cleaning
• Complimentary jewelry inspection every six months
• One complimentary ring resizing, when the design and construction of the ring permit resizing

Regular inspections are especially recommended for frequently worn jewelry, including engagement rings and wedding bands, to help identify loose stones, worn prongs, or other maintenance needs before they become more serious.

Certain designs, including eternity bands and other rings that cannot be resized, are excluded from complimentary resizing.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The Two-Year Craftsmanship Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, bending, or other signs of regular wear
• Lost, chipped, cracked, or damaged diamonds or gemstones
• Loss, theft, or disappearance of jewelry or stones
• Damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, improper care, chemicals, extreme temperatures, or environmental exposure
• Damage resulting from failure to properly maintain the jewelry
• Natural variations in materials, color and other natural characteristics
• Damage caused by repairs, resizing, alterations, or modifications performed by an unauthorized third party

THIRD-PARTY REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

Repairs, resizing, or any alterations performed by another jeweler or unauthorized third party will void warranty coverage for any related issue. V Romance Fine Jewelry reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the jewelry before providing any service.

CONDITIONS

The Two-Year Craftsmanship Warranty and complimentary care services are available to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.

V Romance Fine Jewelry reserves the right to inspect each item and determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing or workmanship defect.

Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs when sending jewelry to us for cleaning, inspection, resizing, maintenance, or repair, unless the issue is confirmed to be covered under our Two-Year Craftsmanship Warranty.
