Consultation & Preliminary Estimate
We’ll review your request and provide guidance on design, materials, gemstones, and an estimated price range.

Begin Your Custom Design
A detailed 3D CAD rendering helps you visualize your piece. We refine the design around your preferred gemstone type, size, color, metal, and personal details.
The custom design deposit is $350 and is non-refundable. The full amount will be credited toward your final custom jewelry purchase. We’ll discuss the design scope and payment arrangements with you personally.

CAD Approval & Crafting
Review your design with our team, with up to three rounds of revisions included. Once you approve the final design, your piece moves into production.

Final Inspection & Delivery
Every piece is carefully inspected by V Romance before it is delivered to you.
