RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At V Romance Fine Jewelry, each piece is made specifically for your order with careful attention to the details you select. Because your jewelry is prepared and produced especially for you, rather than taken from mass-produced inventory, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We understand that purchasing fine jewelry is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident before your piece is made. Our team is always happy to answer questions and help you confirm important details such as sizing, measurements, metal options, diamond or gemstone specifications, carat weight, and design details before production begins.
We encourage you to reach out whenever you need additional information or would like us to review the details of your order with you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each piece is specifically made for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect sizing selected at the time of purchase.
Our goal is to make sure you have all the information you need before your jewelry is made, so please feel free to contact us before finalizing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Your satisfaction remains important to us after your jewelry is delivered. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. If an issue is due to an error on our part, we will work with you to make it right and cover any appropriate repair, replacement, or return shipping costs.

Loose Diamond ReturnsWe understand that selecting a loose diamond is a highly personal decision. Eligible loose diamonds may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, unaltered condition and are accompanied by all original certificates, reports, packaging, and documentation.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@victorfinejewelry.com within the 7-day return period. We will provide return authorization, shipping instructions, and an insured prepaid return label.
For security and timely processing, loose diamonds must be returned using the shipping label and instructions provided by V Romance Fine Jewelry. The cost of return shipping and insurance will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once the diamond has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Loose diamonds that have been set, altered, damaged, or otherwise modified are not eligible for return. Certain specially sourced diamonds may also be final sale when disclosed prior to purchase.
